Whingley would piss himself over that ROW OF FIVE. Then hassle you to sell it to him for months before deciding he needs to buy 11 800's.

Yes, often bundled in an option pack with the 'you have reversed into something' sensors.

It’s likeable. It sounds lovely. It’s got the wrong box and badge for me though. I could live with one.

It’s been so long since I’ve seen one of these that I’d totally forgot they existed. Audi S2

As wooden to drive as a park bench, with pedals impossible to use comfortably.

Mark Gomer of “smashing head through yellow Rover Coupe sill” fame had an S2 Avant. It seemed very fast compared to my 220 Coupe.

It cost him a small fortune in routine maintenance and running repairs as I recall.

Given his previous with the infamous "MIKE HOMO" Coupe which he SMASHED with his OWN FACE like a LOONY, one has to wonder what shenanigans he got up to with the Audi. Called it "DAVE BENDER" and then BROKE all the DASHBOARD with his ARSE I shouldn't wonder.

Nope, I think they were a bit of a mash-up of B3 Audi 80 chassis and urQuattro mechanicals.

I like those Audis. The A4 which followed was so dull. And sorted.

Well into the Russian steel era by that point, most Snags of that vintage dissolved before the owners eyes.
